Thanks for reading my blog! My dog's name is ELLE and she is a three year old Pomeranian. I wish I could bring her to school, you would love her.

I am so glad you love to come to Computer. I am trying to plan a lot of new and GREAT activities for next year, we are going to design websites and write blogs that everyone can log into and read. We will be able to communicate with each other and post comments to each other. If you have ideas of things that you would like to do in computer, let me know!

Here is Elle and Lola, one of my cats.

The Amazing fifth graders

I have to talk a little bit about the small group of fiercely loyal and dedicated kids who continue to work on the yearbook after school and at various times during the day. They have so much energy and such terrific ideas I am constantly amazed and amused. Keep up the great work! Your efforts will be well rewarded. I enjoy working with all of you, you know who you are! The yearbook looks great I am proud and happy, I hope you have loved working on it as much as I have.-Ms. Wagner

Oh, and this is my little dog Elle!

Yearbook 2009

The Yearbook is DONE! As they say in publishing it has been "put to bed" and will start being printed by the Josten's publishing company. The deadline was April 13th and that is the day the last page was submitted. If you went on the Josten's website right now, this is what you would see under our yearbook:

because all of the pages are blocked from view. This yearbook is better than ever before and it will be a complete surprise to everyone! I am really excited because I know the fifth graders will love this yearbook. Some fifth graders know some of the yearbook but nobody knows everything so it is full of suspense!

In other news, I hope everyone is enjoying their Spring break. The weather is still cool, I wish it would get warm enough to really go outside and work in the garden or sit in the sun! Definitely go outside and get some fresh air though. I am happy to say that some people have visited this website and written comments to me! I am always happy to get comments so please write! You can view the comments just by clicking on the "comments" word under the blog. Keep reading and writing. I am going to post some more pictures a little later so come back again. Bye!

New Links Page

Visit the new links page that is posted...just click on the link on the right. All the wonderful websites that the students are using at school an be used at home now. Check back often as the list will be updated from time to time.

The fourth graders are getting ready for the NYS science test which they will take in April when we return from Spring Break, April 20. We have been using science review websites to prepare for that test.  Now you can use the same links from your computer at home.

There are many math websites that will help you practice your math computation in fun ways.  Use Acuity to sharpen you ELA skills and math skills.  Also try Spelling City to make up your own word searches and spelling tests.

Have fun!
